Registered clubs have made a real difference to the community by providing financial assistance to not-for-profit community groups, charities and sporting organisations across NSW.
HOW TO APPLY
Welcome to Club Merrylands Bowling Group Community Support application page. The current support program is providing over ## cash and in-kind support to more than ## local community organisations.
Applications for the Club Merrylands Bowling Group 2018-2019 Community Support Program are now OPEN, and will CLOSE at 5.00pm Friday 29 June 2018.
If your organisation would like to apply for cash or in-kind (non-cash) support – please review and select the category that is appropriate, and then click on the applicable link to open the form.
PLEASE NOTE: Club Merrylands Bowling Group is no longer using the smarty grants online system, so previous applicants will need to register as a new user for the ClubGRANTS online system at: www.clubgrants.com.au
HOW TO APPLY on ClubGRANTS online:
Please select the type of funding appropriate to your organisation - see below for category descriptions and links.
Once you click on the appropriate link below – it will take you to the ‘Register or Log In’ page. Then select the ‘Register as a New Applicant’ button.
Fill in project name and amount requested. As you are applying directly to Club Merrylands Bowling Group ‘No LGA’ will come up under LGA Name. Make sure ‘Club Merrylands Bowling Group’ comes up in Club Name. Click next.
The next page will bring up the application form. Complete this form and then click 'Submit' to finish.
The submitted project will now show up on your ‘My Applications’ dashboard. You can also save your application form without submitting it first if you need to leave and come back.
Once you submit, your application will appear on Club Merrylands Bowling Group dashboard and will proceed from there to be assessed and considered for support, with decisions on outcomes notified by July 2018.

Supports community welfare and social services; community development; employment assistance activities; community health services; and projects aimed at improving the living standards of low income and disadvantaged people.
Category 1 apply here
Preference will be given to projects and services that:
- Are delivered by locally based organisations that benefit residents of the Cumberland Community
- Meet the local priorities of the Cumberland Community
- Are not readily assisted by existing Government funding programs.
Provides funding for general community development and support activities, such as junior sport.
